Domestic Shipping (United States) All orders ship via USPS. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after fulfillment. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Pergamon Front is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once the package has been accepted and scanned.
International Shipping Pergamon Front ships worldwide. International orders ship via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International depending on destination. Estimated delivery times vary by country. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your shipping cost at checkout. Pergamon Front is not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.
Fulfillment Time Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment. Every order is hand packed and personally inspected before it leaves our hands.
All Sales Are Final Due to the limited production nature of every Pergamon Front drop, all sales are final. Every patch is part of a numbered edition that will never be reprinted. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Lost or Damaged Orders In the rare event your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon opening and contact us. We review every situation individually and will do right by you.
International Lost Packages International packages are occasionally delayed significantly in customs. Please allow the full estimated delivery window plus an additional 2 weeks before contacting us about a lost international package. Once a package leaves the United States we have limited ability to track or recover it.
